레굴루스 차트 점성학 Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the 레굴루스 차트 점성학 (Regulus Chart Astrology) app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Eyeregulus (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Summary

• The information you enter about your clients never leaves your device. Names, birth dates, birth times, birth places, notes, and tags are stored only in the Application’s private storage on your device.
• The Application collects anonymous usage statistics (which screens and features are used) and de-identified chart statistics (for example, sign distributions and which aspect types occur) to improve the Application.
• The statistics we collect cannot be used to identify any individual, and it is not possible to reconstruct a birth date or birth time from them.
• There is no advertising, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following is stored only in the Application’s private storage on your device and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party:

• Client names
• Birth dates, birth times, and birth places
• Coordinates and time zones associated with a birth place
• Notes and tags you write
• Your app settings

This information is used solely on your device to calculate and display astrology charts. All astronomical calculation is performed on-device using bundled Swiss Ephemeris data files, with no network access.

The Application does not access your device’s location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, phone number, or advertising identifiers. A birth place is chosen from a city list built into the Application; it is not obtained from GPS or any location service.

Information We Collect

To understand how the Application is used and to decide what to improve, the Application collects the following through Google Firebase Analytics. None of it is linked to your identity.

1. Usage statistics

Which screens are opened, which features are used and how often, session length, in-app purchase events, app version, device model, operating system version, and approximate region (country level, derived from IP address by Google).

2. De-identified chart statistics

Properties derived from a chart, used to understand what kinds of charts our users work with in aggregate:

• The zodiac sign of each planet and point (sign only — a 30-degree range, never the exact degree)
• The house (1–12) a planet falls in, and whether it is retrograde
• Element and modality balance, yin/yang balance, chart shape
• Which major aspect types occur between which planets, and an approximate orb range
• Whether a birth time was entered

When no birth time is entered, house positions and the Ascendant are not meaningful, and are not transmitted.

What is deliberately excluded: we send the sign (a 30-degree range), never the exact degree of a planet. Exact positions of fast-moving points such as the Moon and the Ascendant would effectively encode a precise birth moment, so they are never transmitted. Names, birth dates, birth times, birth places, coordinates, notes, tags, and any client identifier are never transmitted.

As a result, the collected statistics cannot be traced back to a specific person, and a birth date or birth time cannot be reconstructed from them.

Third Party Access

The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) for the anonymous statistics described above. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Firebase Analytics assigns a randomly generated app instance identifier to each installation so that anonymous statistics can be counted consistently. This identifier is not linked to your name or to any account, and it is reset if you uninstall the Application.

The Application uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to process the one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user identifier and purchase/receipt information from Apple’s or Google’s app store in order to verify your purchase and keep it unlocked across reinstalls; it does not receive your name, birth information, or any client information you have entered. No other third-party service receives data from the Application. Because client information never leaves your device, the Service Provider has nothing to disclose to third parties and nothing to provide in response to a legal request regarding that information.

Your Choices

• You can stop all statistics collection by uninstalling the Application.
• You can delete information stored on your device at any time by deleting the corresponding entry inside the Application, or by uninstalling the Application.
• Because the statistics we collect are anonymous and are not linked to an identifier we can look up, we are unable to locate or delete an individual person’s statistics after collection.

Data Retention Policy

Information you enter remains on your device until you delete the corresponding entry inside the Application or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not retain, and cannot access, that information.

Anonymous statistics are retained by Google Firebase Analytics according to the retention period configured for the project, after which they are deleted or retained only in aggregated form. If you have questions about data handling, you can contact the Service Provider at eyeregulus@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. The statistics described above are anonymous and are not used to identify any individual. Security

Because client information never leaves your device, the confidentiality of that information depends on the security of your device. The Service Provider recommends that you protect your device with a screen lock or equivalent measure.

If you are a practitioner who enters information about clients, please note that you are responsible for handling your clients’ information appropriately under the laws that apply to you.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
